Absolutely adorable raised 1 bedroom 1.5 bath with a large loft. The loft currently has a double bed with plenty of open free space. Ample storage in the loft makes it a perfect kids hangout. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Large upper deck is perfect for enjoying ocean views with full sunrise and sunset views. Downstairs patio with large picnic table make it a perfect after beach hangout. Outdoor enclosed shower with hot/cold water make cleaning up after the beach a breeze. Ample parking for 2 full size vehicles. No smoking or pets anywhere on property(exterior decks and patios included.)

    We had a great time. This is our first time to rent a property at Lakewood. We have stayed there many times when we had our RV. We loved the mini house. Very pretty and clean.
