  Let me start by saying we had a wonderful vacation, Lakewood is beautiful lots of amenities for the kids to do. Overall we had a wonderful time. Our home was new and updated, however a few very important things were missing. There is no ladder for the bunk beds. The top bunk is very high for kiddos, especially when there is no provided ladder. There are absolutely no hooks or towel racks. No where to hang towels for showers, wash cloths or ANYTHING. The workmanship on the new unit is pretty sad as well. Exposed nails, missing screws etc... The last thing I would like to note is that when we arrived while putting on the new sheets on the bottom bunk there was garbage under the mattress, a full bottle of Red Bull, pepsi, and other trash was stuffed under the mattress. Only the very basic is cleaned and not very well. Also, garbage never came, even though it states pick up is Wednesday and Saturday, our garbage outside was NEVER picked up all week.
  
  Again, overall my kids had a BLAST. We love Lakewood!

  This is the second year we’ve stayed at this particular villa and we love it. The patio furniture (cushions ) had more wear and tear on them this year. They looked like they had been on fire. I was a little disappointed in that. But other than that it was an amazing stay. Our favorite part of the villa is the privacy of the deck. We spend most of our time out there. I also wish there was a fan in the second bedroom because it does get hot even with the door open.

  Rental was very clean. BedLinens available were clean but we could have had more towels. Mattress not comfortable. No ladder or steps for bunk bed. AC worked perfect. Location had a nice view of ocean. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Nice size frig.

  This was one of my families best vacations ever. The campground has everything you need, entertainment, pools, ocean, put-put and everyone is very friendly. The house was so clean and had all we needed to cook and feel right at home. We will defiantly be returning to this rental soon.
