  The house was very nice and close to Beach, Pool, and Coffee House. Also came with Beach Toys which was great, my son had a ton of fun playing with those. It is a smaller house, My family of four fit perfectly- if we had 6 people it would have been tight. My only issue was when we arrived there was ants upstairs in the loft caused by what looked like crumbs from the previous guest- so 100% make sure no food is left out as well as 100% making sure you clean dishes and take trash out regularly to keep ants and all other bugs out of the unit!! Other than that it was a great place and I would 100% recommend.

  The rental was perfect for my family and I. Great location so that my son could walk to the basketball courts, pools, etc. Not a huge problem, but it would be nice to have an eletrical outlet at the front of the villa. We got a limo golf cart and it was hard to maneuver it behind the deck to plug in and there was ant hills, so there would be ants on the golf cart during the day. Other than that suggestion, the place was perfect and we plan to rent again next year!!!!

  We always stayed at Lakewood Campground in our personal camp until this trip and we decided to rent a cottage. #1718 cottage was a wonderful cottage located in walking distance to the beach. We loved the house it was perfect for 2 people. I wouldn’t recommend it for a larger crowd due to the parking and the minimal linen package supplied with the rental. Great cottage overall !

  Enjoyed my stay here. Not the largest unit, but a couple or a couple with small children might also find it comfortable. Has a nice complete kitchen and bar sitting area, nice shower and bath, and a nice deck. It's in the "tree" side of the park and close to the beach, the coffee shop, the store, and the pool. Nice TVs in both sitting area and bedroom, and internet is high speed. Everything feels new. Wish I could have stayed longer.
