    Great experience. Very comfortable. Just the right size for our family. There was a large area rug leaned against the outside side of the house. Not sure if it belonged in the house but it was there when we arrived. Would have been nice to have in the house for comfort. Also, some blinds were broken in living room. Just makes it look bad. Lastly the front door was hard to get shut/latched at times. Could use adjusting. Everything else was great!

    We rented 5120 for a spring break getaway from NoVA and couldn’t have been happier. The house was just the right size for 2 adults, 2 kids and a small Cairn Terrier. The furnishings were comfy and just a short walk from the beach, pool/water park, and Trading Post. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one!

    The 3 months was good. Temps could be better but not complaining, even got to see snow. The unit was good, only downside was the cats. I know why they are around but 5 of them were not fixed and they would be around our unit and the neighbors constantly. There should be signs not to feed them but neighbor would do that. The cats would even fight at night on top of unit. All in all though, a nice time.

    Nice unit in a nice location. Updates to the interior are needed, and decorations sparse, but clean and neat. No dishwasher, the laundry is in outside shed. Lakewood is fun, but golf cart traffic gets worse year after year. Many young, inexperienced drivers that are not familiar with rules of road, and not paying much attention to driving. My kids can't really walk or ride bikes on their own safely anymore, which is big downside. Nighttime golf cart parade should be limited to 1-2 nights/week so folk can re-gain access to late-night beach walks.

    It was the best experience. As a family going from camping in a camper to renting a house, It was so much easier! Having two small kids, arriving with clean towels and linens, and not having the pressure of backing in, hooking up and setting up a camper. It made our vacation a lot less stressful. And being clean and roomy made It that much more better. One of the most relaxed vacations I have ever had.

    Loved everything about our stay except the unit! It was dark inside and very outdated. My daughter in law and her sister both had beautiful units for about the same price. There’s wee newly remodeled, light and not depressing at all! I would check the windows in 5120 looked like there was black mold. With all that said I loved being there, I definitely would rent again, just not that unit unless it had been remodeled!
