  nothing was ready when we arrived, they did not come get the trash at all while we were there, we had to wait once we got there even though check in was at 4PM, the beds weren’t made, and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and other people’s belongings laying around the place. Few broken blinds. But other than that it was a good place to stay, but not worth the amount of money we payed for it. Plus the golf cart that was already there took up some of the two car parking as well, even when we had to rent a golf cart, they couldn’t move it.

  Overall, our stay was nice, with the exception of our not being advised of the possibility of roaches in the home until we had already paid for our stay with no option for refund. Also, several window shades were broken, with one break being so large, that a piece of paper had to be placed in between the slats to close the gap. Neighbors were a little too loud at night.

  Our stay here was about as expected. The problems in counted were with the pamintoe bug at the start and had to have the place sprayed twice. The back porch steps are in poor shape and on the coldest nite of the stay the heater stoped working. I will say that the maintinance crew responded very quickly. The peaple in the mainoffice provided excellent service.
  We were disappointed in the number of dogs off leash on the beach.
