This beautiful unit is located in Block 3, just a short walk to the beach. Three bedroom, two full bath with dishwasher, washer & dryer in storage shed outside. NO PETS, NO SMOKING! 2 Queen beds, and one Twin/Full Bunk Bed, 2 Full Baths, Covered Porch, Outdoor Shower, Parking for 1 vehicle and rental golf cart. Maximum 6 people.

  We were there for just over 2 months! It was great! The rental was cleaned and had everything we needed! We were very pleased with it! Neighbours were very friendly! The park it self is great and the staff very friendly!

  Loved the house and the location. The only thing I missed was a washer/dryer and each bedroom having a place to either put your suitcase or put away your clothes.

  This was my family’s first visit to Lakewood . This home stood out as we were trying to book a vacation home online . We were not disappointed & we had no complaints regarding our home. Lakewood Vacation Rental staff were friendly & provided good customer service . We appreciated their phone call that we were able to check in the home early since we had arrived early to Myrtle Beach. Lakewood Vacation Rental gave us a map with directions to our rental home which we found easily .The home was very clean, well maintained and spacious . The Master bedroom with adjoining bathroom was larger than what we had expected . All the beds were comfortable to sleep in .The kitchen was well equipped . We had enough room space & storage space . There was a supply cabinet in kitchen for our supplies & dry foods . A large closet was in the twin/bunk bed room in which our family were able to put our clothes , shoes & other supplies in . We loved the home’s location as we were in walking distance to the beach in which we visited daily . When leaving the beach , we loved that the home had a outside shower at the home to rinse the sand off before entering the home . Our family were also able to walk to the amphitheater area for ice cream & snacks . We were at Lakewood for a long weekend . We did not ask LVR how to unlock the storage building for washer & dryer as we did not have to use it . We thank the owners of the home for having a notebook journal in the home that we could write in to introduce ourselves & list how they could improve visitors stay. As stated earlier, we had no complaints . We enjoyed our stay at Lakewood & plan to come back to the same residence .

  My family really liked renting this home for a long weekend. We would have liked to see more closet space; it was limited especially in the master bedroom. We only utilized the bunk room by placing our pack and play inside for my 1 year old so we kept our luggage on the extra bed and used the bed as a closet for my husband and I’s belongings. The weather was great also! The toddler splash pad was closed one day during our trip for maintenance but had no other hiccups during our trip.
