  We had a great stay at Lakewood. This villa is older but the price and pictures reflect that accurately. We had everything we needed in the villa. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for 4 of us. The bathroom is tiny and needs an update but it was no problem for us. Lakewood is such a fun place. I wish we had discovered it when our kids were smaller. It has everything you need and the other vacationers and residents are polite and fun hearted.

  This house was perfect for our vacation this summer with 6 people. The rooms were a little small, but that was the only downfall this house had. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and coffee maker. The covered front porch was a very nice touch and where we spent a lot of our time. The parking area for this house was also very spacious, with plenty of room for 2 cars and 2 golf carts. Will definitely rent again!

  LCR was great to work with. The villa was nice, but the inside needs a facelift. No curtains in one of the bedrooms, decor is outdated. No room in the bedroom on the front of the villa and it's bathroom. Extremely small!

  Rental was convenient, however, I would not rent this particular villa again. It needs some maintenance especially the handrails coming up the steps. A couple people almost fell when grabbing handrails.
