  This unit was all we could have asked for. I was clean and very roomy. Loved the back patio, quiet and out of the sun. Only issue I had, was after calling the rental office 2 differnt mornings to replace the stove top light, they never came. Just made it hard to see to cook.

  While we loved the layout and location of home, the inside rug and recliner show a high amount of wear and tear. The tub had a constant leak that we could not stop. This was called in to your maintenance team.

  I rented the house for my grandparents while the rest of the family stayed in campers and they had a great time. It made a good base for family dinners (10+ people) and was still convenient to all the campground amenities. Management was very polite and great to deal with, the house was clean and in condition except for the stair rail on the porch being very loose. This made it more difficult for my grandpa getting in and out of the house. Overall great experience my husband and I are even considering using the rentals for shorter stays more often than are regular family vacations.

  It was a nice place to rent. It was plenty big enough for one person or two. The blinds could have been in better shape as there were a lot of broken ones. It had a nice sized tv in living room and one in each bedroom. There was also a radio/cassette player. You weren't far from the beach and could walk there. The pools weren't too far away. It was quiet at night which was nice. You could sit on the front porch or the one located in the back.Overall I was pleased with it and would rent again.

  It was a very pleasant experience. I traveled in late fall and had an issue with the heat pump being right outside the window at the head of the bed. Woke me up every time it kicked on. May be a completely different experience in warm weather.

  This villa is the ultimate cozy beach house. It was very clean and has a lot of room. The two bedrooms were plenty of space for my family of four. The living room was spacious. There is a table and sitting area as you walk through the door as well. On the back patio there is a nicely furnished sitting area with lots of space as well as a sitting area along side of the house. This villa is in a very good location. It is easy access to everywhere you would want to be in the campground. We really enjoyed our time at Lakewood.

  Overall we had a great time and if cleaned better, we would definitely stay here again.
  I have two complaints:
  The place was not very clean and I had to buy a broom and cleaning supplies to clean it
  I would definitely recommend putting a ceiling fan in the back room. It was extremely hot and very uncomfortable. Had to buy a box fan.
