  The house has a great porch, and really great queen beds, and I picky about a bed. The house is in awesome shape and very clean. I liked that the location was away from the crowds near the pool.

  Overall a clean, spacious and well situated rental. The covered porch faces west for afternoon sun. The beds were on the soft side for us, but we’re used to a fairly firm mattress. The unit is clean and well maintained aside from one missing blind in the bedroom and a finicky washing machine. No dishwasher or icemaker, but all the other basics are there.

  The house is in decent condition; nice oven/stove; in a quiet back corner of the campground; nice comfy living room furniture; the rug in the living room could use a good cleaning; requested items to clean the floor with when we arrived because the rug was full of sand & our feet were black just walking around in the house for a few hours (they came and cleaned the floors & brought a vacuum and mop); one small downfall was having to buy every little thing you need like toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

  The place had the right amount of space for adults. It was quiet, clean, and in great condition. The only problem we found was the washer only had hot water being the cold water valve was broke and shut off. It was ok for washing towels but nothing else.

  Lakewoods campground is a wonderful destination on its own.If you choose to never venture outside the property once you are here, then you will not be disappointed. Everything you need, food ,coffee shop, plenty of activities, pools, waterpark and so much more, and my favorite cruising around on golfcarts and never having to drive your vehicle is a blast.

  This villa was clean, roomy, and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with anything you will need on vacation. The kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer were all clean and in working order. They all appear to have been in new condition. We had a covered porch to enjoy as well. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this villa again.

  It was an excellent vacation. We always enjoy Lakewood. The only negative was the AC unit broke and there was no one to fix it on a Sunday. But it was professionally handled and fixed on Monday (needed a new motor).
