Located just a couple blocks off the beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 full baths is raised up on stilts and will sleep 6 people maximum. This rental has one queen bed and two full beds, 2 TV's. Washer & Dryer under the house, dishwasher, WIFI, NO SMOKING & NO PETS. This property does not have any closet space, but does have dressers in each bedroom. Beautiful unit with a great view and great location!

  We like the location of this chalet located near the sea. We have recommandations regarding the furniture for example: the couch needs cleaning. The mattres in the two little rooms are not very comfortable. In the kitchen, some bolws are cracked. We cleaned the ducks that were full of sand and dust. These observations are to help to keep this property in good condition. We had a very good collaboration with the staff. Thank you.

  This was our first time renting a house, we usually bring our camper. Overall, this was a good experience! The house was very clean, but had general maintenance that could have been done (replacing broken items, replacing used/dingy items). The biggest “ick” I had was some cockroaches we found, but it’s just part of it.
  
  But seriously y’all, the location is GREAT! I’d def stay here again.

  Very nice rental. Had to clean it when we got there got over 2 dustpan of sand up and the dishwasher had dirty dishes. Glad it had a washer/dryer but was inconvenient being outside. I feel that if the house was clean when we got there instead of having to clean it, we would have had a better time

  This place is great! The pictures don’t really do it justice. Our family had a great stay here and will definitely be back! I can’t really say anything negative about this place for those who love something critical. The one drawback is the sun bears down on the porch so you have to go downstairs to sit outside big deal...it’s nice and cool down there anyway! Besides the people watching is an experience! We loved our stay and will be back!

  Our week at the beach was incredible! The house was perfect for our little "escape from life". The only negative is that mattresses in the 2 extra bedrooms were not comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was good. Other than that, no complaints at all. We will rent this house again.

  We loved the house. It is modern and furnished nicely. Some repairs were made to walls and bathrooms, but not cleaned up after-leaving drywall dust on floors. The guest bath toilet was leaking when we got there, but we called maintenance and they came right away and repaired the leak. Otherwise, the house/kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, and shower was spacious. One suggestion would be to put a lamp in the living room or over the kitchen table. We loved the deck, could sit and work on my computer at the outdoor table and enjoy the ocean view! We could also enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen table. Very close to the outdoor pool and beach.

  This house was lovely and the location couldn’t have been better! We are hopeful to book a stay here next summer! Advice to families coming, bring some rugs or bath mats for in front of showers, and depending on how many people are coming along bring your own towels for shower use!!! The washer and dryer were amazing!!! We were so thankful to be able to head home with nearly any laundry! LCR was fantastic and notified us as soon as our rental was ready, which was amazing because we were already in town, so being able to checkin early was an added bonus!

  We have stayed at Lakewood for the past 20 years usually around crater lake. This unit was amazing, clean and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only down side was not having closets however the unit provided ample storage space with dressers. Amazing morning sun watching the surf rolling in. Would definitely stay here again.

  The stay was excellent. Beautiful unit and had everything you need. Only word to the wise is to bring your own device to play Netflix or movies on, like a firestick. The internet seemed to be working, but not all the smart TVs would connect without our own device. We were prepared for it, so not a problem for us.

  This villa is the Best! It's like brand new and super clean,great well appointed kitchen and baths,wonderful outside deck with table and seating and a beautiful view of the ocean! Covered parking for two vehicles. 1 Blick in from the beach and wonderfully shaded. Easy walk to the inside pool and other campground places of interest.
  The rental office people were extra courteous and very professional.

  The LCR staff was great and everything was so easy and professional. The rental property was outstanding and the staff was very professional and attentive. We had some problems with internet reception but the staff went to great lengths to quickly address the problem. Only problem that we found with the property was the rental property had no closets.
