  This rentals location was on point! The dead end street made for some much needed quiet and overlooking Buccaneer Bay made for a peaceful and relaxing setting. Aside from having to wash the dishes before using them(many had food remnants left on them) we had an excellent time and ultimately would choose this rental again.

  This house was clean and nice. It was just the right size for my family. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was no dishwasher and refrigerator did not have an ice maker, but we made it work. I would definitely rent this house again.

  We had a wonderful time this year at this rental. Floors were NOT mopped. They might of been swept and/or vacuumed, yet NOT mopped. Are feet were black with dirt within the first hour getting there. Other than that, the Staff, the Trading Post, the Pools, and ALL the Amenities were AWESOME! We are staying again next year, the 3 Grandchildren, our daughter and husband and my wife and I. See ya then!

  This is the 2nd year we have rented this unit and plan to also rent again next winter.
  The view of the sunrise and the moonrise is always spectacular! Watching the different water fowl in the bay is always entertaining. Since it is a dead end we don't deal with lots of traffic noise. Unit is well stocked and parking underneath is a plus! LCR Resort Management was helpful when we had TV issues but we were able to sort that out quickly. Neighbors are not always "in town", so very peaceful.

  It was a great place to stay with a beautiful view of the bay. The only complaint I have is that when we arrived the place wasn’t throughly cleaned. I had to mop the floor the day I arrived. The water I used was completely black when I dumped it out. There was trash in different places through the house and sand all over. Our stay was still a good experience. I just had to clean it the day we arrived.

  When we arrived the cleaning crew was leaving and they had to return to clean it again. The floors were horrible. It is obvious that they never use soap on the floors. Once the rest of it was cleaned a second time it was better. Would suggest doing something with the floors

  This was our second year at Lakewood. We loved the space of this rental. The only issues we had was that the sound did not work on the TV in the master, the beds are not comfortable and one of the rockers were broke, nearly sending my husband to the ground. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our rental last summer was great but is ones location was awesome. Will stay here again if available.

  Overall, I would say that we enjoyed our stay and have reserved again next year. The view from the deck was amazing, and we could hear the waves on the beach. Sunrise was beautiful. Other than the next door neighbor doing major renovations, the area was quiet. Eating on the deck was refreshing. The geese are plentiful as well as the Mallards and other birdlife. Location was perfect for us.

  It was very nice with great views of the bay.The sunrises were beautiful, waking to the birds calls was nice. The villa was pretty well stocked,it did lack a vacuum of any kind to pick up sand. The white wicker furniture was pretty shaky though, and we felt a recliner or 2 would be better for comfort to view the TV in living room. Overall we had a nice place for our stay.

  The house was very clean and had many kitchen items to choose from, usually you get limited items so this was a nice change. The pillows on the beds need changing as well as the beds. The cleaning company may want to clean for outside bugs and spiders on the deck area before guests check in, we bought RAID and swept before we could comfortably use the outdoor space. The view and the waterfowl were amazing and the sunrises.....awesome. 2nd stay in this park, good location, good ammenities.

  Fantastic bay view with a great deck. I enjoyed having breakfast on the picnic table watching the sunrise. The layout inside was perfect for my needs. Plenty of space for our family outing.
  
  This villa, like most, isn't without its quirks. The roku tvs were cumbersome and changing the channel when watching live tv wasn't happening. The mini splits heated well but refused to cool no matter the setting. I'm assuming there's some sort of energy efficient lockout in place as its winter. The house did get to 80 with cool set on 70, none of the four mini splits every came on. One had an unresponsive remote. The kitchen didn't have a dish washer and none of the locks worked on any of the pocket doors.
  
  I'm sure maintenance may have been able to address some of my concerns had I brought them to their attention. I wasn't around too long and had plenty to do in Surfside.

  Very peaceful view of the bay, all the space we needed. Get a golf cart, was super fun and relaxing to just jump on and go! Only thing that was off, there were cockroaches downstairs, so if you stay here make sure to keep your food cleaned up, I imagine they could make their way upstairs.

  My overall experience was nice. But for the amount of money paid. It could be better. First of all. The floors were dirty. It had not been swept in there in a while. If it wasn’t swept, it probably hadn’t been sanitized. You have to bring your own cleaning products, toilet paper, and hand soap. So before I could settle in, I needed to buy all these essentials like I lived there! The dishes were thrown in the cabinet and falling on you as you open the doors. Had to wash all of them first before I used. There was no dishwasher. We received towels. But because you stay for a week, you need to constantly wash them. There was a bug and ant problem. But that’s to be expected being near the water. I would like to just have came over and settled in without having to clean and sanitize. I didn’t know that the park locked you out after 1am till 6am. You also can’t use the golf cart after 11pm and definitely can not take it off the grounds. Would I stay again. Probably not. Still waiting on my deposit. So we will see when that decides to come. Other than that, I had a great time 😊
