  The villa was cute/small but perfect for myself and my family, the worst thing there was the villa had some roaches and big water bugs, also the tv in the front bedroom did not work and we had a maintenance guy come out and he sprayed for the bugs fixed the back bedroom tv but wasn’t able to fix the other bedroom. The one issue that was not appropriate for me was while I was at my sisters villa helping her get things together to leave my daughter called me and told me the cleaning person was there ready to clean our villa and left a bag full of new linens and towels there before we could even finish getting our things out, they were there at 9:45!!

  Nice little place. Awesome spacious deck. Location was midway btwn trading post, pool and beach. It was a tad bit smaller than I had hoped. But it was in all reality just what we needed. I did like how things settled down by 11 and how security was visible. Made me feel safe. The LCR staff were great through the whole process, even called around 1330 to let us know the rental was ready for us to check in early. The only downside for us was the lack of pots and pans. One small pan and a few medium size pots. The restaurant wait times were ridiculous during covid, so we opted to but groceries and cook. I had to go but some pans. This would not stop me from staying here again. I would just know to bring pots and pans next time.

  This unit was very clean and cool. The AC worked amazing! We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. All the linens were clean, wrapped, and sealed and waiting on us, which I loved. I would definitely stay again.

  We had a great time. Beds were nice and comfortable and I had room to store things. The kitchen was equipped well and we really enjoyed the deck with all the chairs. The unit could use a coat of fresh paint especially in one of the bedrooms. Also, there were no instructions at all on which remotes to use for the TVs. I plan to rent this unit again.
