  Outside front stained with dirt,green mold was sickening to see as first impression, furniture so stained has to put sheets over them to sit down, had no hot water for a day and a half until maintenance could get there and flip switch on hot water heater, floor and corners of windows dirty, had to clean before could unpack. Beds not as comfortable as could be and low like a trailer bed. Bathtub very narrow and hard to stand up with position of drain plug and curved shape of bottom of tub. Love the resort, such a family atmosphere

  We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. Overall it is a nice villa, but is not set up for families with small children. It is at the corner of 2 main drags and both cars & golf carts drive to fast. The room spaces were small and beds could use some updating. We felt the villa was more set up for 2-3 adults versus the 6 occupancy its advertised for. Kitchen utensils are old and need replaced. It has a washer/dryer which was a huge plus. There is also an outdoor shower that was great! We would definitely stay in this villa again, but not until our kids are older. We gave 3 stars for location because it's not far from the beach, but the intersection is to busy for a family with 4 kids, 6 and under.

  The rental was great and very clean and in a great location. There was 3 bedrooms and a tv in every room but one has an antenna and one didn’t have antenna or cable. It was very and plenty of room for a family of 4. Loved sitting out on the covered porch. Would stay here again for sure.

  The house was nice. The one room was to small for a queen size bed, had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom. The house is located on the corner of a main road for people driving in and out of the campground.

  Villa 5039 needs some improvements curtain on front door is missing and people driving by can see in. Front door dose not lock very good could not get deadbolt to work all the time. No hot water to washer and it was off balance and not told it is in a shed behind villa. Bathroom shower door keeper coming off track. Mattress in bedroom off main bathroom needs replaced. Vehicles and golf carts driving too fast and not stopping at stop signs .rules need to be enforced. I will not stay at this villa again. I love Lakewood and will come back next year.
