  We love LCR. From tge rentals, campsites, water park,ice cream shop, store, laundromat, coffee shop, pool n hot tub, shows,services, food shops...they are all encompassing!! Wish you had one closer to New England!! The..on the beach..location is excellent..we have come here with 2 kinds of campers and rented 2 different villas complaints! The staff has immediately handled any requests in a very
  satisfactory way!! I love the live oaks and just total overall look, have used the kayaks, paddle boats, bikes...just my favorite place..for a good reason..its run the way it should be! Hope we can return soon..price is not out of line. Ty

  Our family had a great time. The location of the home is far in the back corner, but that didn't bother us at all, we are an active family anyway, so we rode our bikes around. Very calm and quiet area. Lovely porch. Having a washer and dryer was nice too. Thank you for having us.

  First impression of property was weak. Needs to be updated. On the front door paint was peeling. Shutter by front door missing a piece. Front porch could be repainted. Inside could use re-painting as well. The rest of the property was fine. Clean and everything worked and operated well.

  My problem was ants in the kitchen. I know these are hard to control. I didn't like the location because it was so far in the back. Overall I would stay there again if I couldn't find one closer to the campsites, my family camps and I like being close to them.

  We enjoyed our stay here to say the least. The home was cute as button even if the "master bedroom" is extremely tiny. The beds are at best a full size but we actually slept so good on them. Very comfortable. We ended up liking the resort better than sightseeing for bike week. We had the beach, pool, coffee house, ice cream shop, etc right by us. The home was in a great location, very clean and stocked, and we loved the fact they had quiet hours. Everyone was very lovely and helpful. We have already tried booking again but they are completely booked for a few months. Definitely be back.

  We had a wonderful week at Myrtle Beach. The weather was perfect and we really enjoyed staying in Lakewood Campground. Our friends were in their RV closer to the ocean front so we rented a cart to travel around the campground which was perfect. We attended the Easter service which was so special overlooking the ocean. We have plans to return in October.
