  This was a great place to vacation. The unit we stayed in was clean and fresh. We planned to make most of our meals and I brought extra kitchen equipment. I brought supplies/cookingware but didn’t actually need them because the kitchen was well equipped. We did have a couple issues- electric plugs not working and a drain clogged. We stopped by the front desk and they sent a repairman almost immediately. We are so impressed. We would definitely recommend this campground resort and will!

  My wife, son, daughter and her family spent the week celebrating my birthday! 8004 was everything we hoped it would be. We were lucky enough to get a limo golf cart to haul us all around. It was a great week!

  are experience was not what we expected arrived at the unit we rented 2917 and noticed the fridge was warm i turned it up after about 1/2 a day contacted the rental agency and they sent someone right over and told us it was broken and would have to call in a repair person and did not know how long that would take/ of course we had unpacked and settled in by now..... so they offered us an upgrade that was very nice and but came with a few misconceptions it was not pet friendly / they agreed to let us stay in the unit and we were very careful and respected the owners NO PETS rules and covered all the furniture and the dog never used the bathroom in the unit (the dog was only 12 pds)

  Family loves the ocean & beach and Lakewood . Like the bigger units , washer & dryer & dishwasher . Unit was not as clean as it should / could be . Bathrooms are in bad need of safety bars. Dangerous to get in & out of . Actually should be replaced with only showers .

  We enjoyed our rental. This was our first year staying in 8004. It was very clean and the parking was great. Wonderful front porch and enjoyed many evenings with family. We didn't have internet the first 2 days and the internet was extremely slow because the router was located at the unit next door. I would've had issues working if I needed to. The kids were very unhappy with the internet.

  Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was a toilet that leaked our entire stay, despite maintenance coming twice to look at it during our stay it was still leaking when we checked out of our villa, and the drains in the showers were draining slowly.

  This was the second time we booked with LCR and this particular rental was even better than the last. The kitchen cabinets are gorgeous and the matching living room built in is just as beautiful. As a family of 5, the 3 bedrooms were comfortable and having 2 full baths was a dream! We spent a lot of evenings on the huge deck and we had enough parking for 2 cars and a golf cart! We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked this property again for the 4th of July. I highly recommend 8004 seascape, you won’t be disappointed!
