  The house was great location we enjoyed it. There was an and problem in kitchen 100’s of them at some point we kept counters cleaned and wiped up and they still appeared. Need a rug inside the door for sand the floors were gritty when we arrived I understand it’s the beach and that’s hard to keep from happening. We stayed in camper last year tried a house this year ❤️

  Overall resort experience was great. Property could use some upgrade of outdoor furniture. This outdoor furniture is falling apart. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Property location is good as long as you rent golf cart. Covered porch is great. No oven but does have toaster oven which we did not use. Overall property is good.

  We had a wonderful time with our great grandchildren while staying in this spacious rental. It had all the conveniences of home and was easy to clean when departing. Lakewood is close to many shopping sites and restaurants. We particularly like all the pools and other amenities. We brought our grill and enjoyed the shaded porch and picnic table.

  My family had the best time at Lakewood. There was plenty to keep the kids happy and entertained. This was our second year staying at this vacation rental and it’s always nice, clean and everything works. The check in and out procedure has always been very quick with no issues. We will definitely be back again and hopefully can stay in the same rental.

  There are a few areas of resort that needs some work such as the putt putt course. Need more bathrooms (at least ladies) near outdoor pool area. Just not enough for the number of guest in that area. Those bathrooms also need to make sure soap and toilet paper checked more often. There was no soap for 2 days. The villa could use a few improvements. Add a few hangers to closets, skillets need to be replaced, outdoor patio furniture is falling apart. Guest before us complained that bedroom tv was not working so owner did bring in new tv while we were there. Liked all the different food options from food trucks, snack bar, grille, smoothies. Loved the golf cart parades. We will be back to Lakewood.

  Very nice accomodations. We have rented this unit many times before. We noticed that new people now own this as the kitchen was not stocked with as many dishes as before. The washer sometimes does not work the first time you press the button and it is hard to tell when it is washing same as the dryer. The picnic table on the porch is a nice new addition as are the two tables.
