  Our stay at Lakewood Camping Resort was wonderful as usual, and their staff is the best - helpful, friendly and polite. Our unit 5825 was located in a good location near the beach with easy access. The unit wasn’t as clean as we expected, with previous vacationer’s clothes left behind in drawers under the bunk and knives put away that were still dirty. The sliding patio doors were stiff and hard to maneuver, and parking was tight for two vehicles. The overall unit was a bit tight for our large party, and not enough seating (dining or otherwise) for everyone, but the beds were comfortable, and overall the value was good compared to the larger units, fit our budget, and never slowed us down.

  The house is well maintained and clean. It does sleep 8+2 small children. One bedroom is a double bed, bunk bed and it has some room around the bed. One bedroom is a double bed and there is no room for anything but the bed. It is not a long walk to the beach. It is a longer walk to the water park, but it is fine. It worked for us, but it was tight.

  We loved our stay here! The place is close to the beach and the pool, and also very conveniently located close to a bathhouse. The house was clean and super cute, and the kitchen was well stocked! The space was small for the 7 of us as far as eating space and sitting space (more suitable for 5-6), but the weather was great so we didn't spend much time inside! The outdoor grill and picnic table was a great bonus! Lakewood is a family favorite for many years and plan on visiting again!
