  This house was conveniently located a few blocks away from the beach and other amenities. It had plenty of space for our family of 4. The layout was nice despite the fact that we all tripped over the lip from Livingroom to kitchen and ultimately landed me in the ED with a broken foot and toes. Other than that, the stay was wonderful, and we would absolutely consider staying here again.

  We love staying at Lakewood. We always rent a villa.I appreciate the villa we stayed in allowed dogs but I feel the living room area furniture needs updated. Looks extremely dirty & worn.The pillows on the beds were tye same way.The villa was not very clean when we arrived The porch area was in need of some repairs as well.

  Super prix (en comparaison d’autres camping du genre ), emplacement parfait (accès direct à la plage, glissades d’eau, etc) pour adultes et enfants (7 et 9 ans), personnel ultra sympathique et aidant. Bref, tout est simple dans ce resort ! La villa était super: installations, nombre de lit et de salle de bain, emplacement. Un plus : la literie est fournie ce qui facilite vraiment le voyage. Un petit moins: pas vraiment propre à notre arrivée (sang derrière mon lit, beaucoup de poils, vaisselle mouillée, traces brunes sous les lavabos, plancher non lavés). Malgré le petit moins, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

  We had a great time and unit was on a corner not great location in the resort. Lakewood had great activities for the whole family all week long didn’t even have to leave resort if you didn’t want to.

  Our unit was very clean upon arrival. All appliances were in working order. Supplied linens were clean and fresh in sealed plastic wrap. Any of the staff we had contact with were super friendly and very accommodating. We were part of a 5 separate family group and all had their own rental units. All of us were completely satisfied. The only problem was one family had cable tv problems that as far as I know were not solved. My only concern was the window shades in my living area could use attention. All in all a pleasant experience and we have reserved our unit again for next year.

  Enjoyed the stay. Made reservations to return next October. Area under kitchen sink needs to be refurbished. Refrigerator location does not allow door to be opened all the way. Enjoyed the front porch and parking at the side of the villa.

  Overall the rental was nice. There was plenty a room for the five of us. The location was great and convenient. There was a lot to the side of the property for parking which was great! To no fault of the owner but we had to rewash all of our bedding. Thankful this rental had a washer and dryer. The sheets were stained. One of the blankets we received had hair all over it. The bathroom shower doors were dirty. It looked like the cleaning crew never cleans the track of the doors. I don’t blame the owner of property for something the cleaning crew is supposed to do, I just hope they can speak with them. We love Lakewood and plan to stay again.

  Very good experience. Only complaint is it is sometimes hard to unlock and lock the door. You have to mess with the key and lock for it to work, and for paying almost $2,000 I feel like I shouldn’t have to struggle to get into the unit.

  We had a wonderful vacation and stay. The unit was in a great location and well equipped with everything we needed. However, i did feel like housekeeping could have done a better job. The floors were filthy (our feet were black from just walking through 1 time) and the toilet in one of the bedrooms had been used and left sitting. I felt as though it was a rush through cleaning job and could have been done better. I went in sanitized and cleaned EVERYTHING myself! For the amount of money it cost, That is something that should NOT have to be done by the renter. Other than that our stay was fantastic! We love Lakewood and look forward to it every summer.

  Wonderful vacation, love Lakewood! We have stayed in this unit several times. Window dressing needs repaired, cabinet door didn't close, slat missing on porch. Minor items that did not interfere with our enjoyment. Booked for next year!
