  Overall it was a great place to stay. The only thing was we could barley fit a Chevy truck in the parking area and for sure you could never park 2 cars at this site.

  Very happy with 2722 block 2. Extremely clean and nicely updated. Great shower. Extra 1/2 bath a definite plus. Only negative -parking very tight for 1 vehicle and 1 golf cart. Great stay. Plenty to do for adults and children! First time guests. We are already looking forward to a return trip!!!

  It was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The WiFi in our rental wasn’t working for a few days, but when we called the office they had it fixed the next day. Just another great vacation at Lakewood Campground. I have been coming here for 15 years now, and it has never disappointed.

  We really enjoyed the unit we stayed in. It was extremely clean, very spacious and pretty. The location was really good, as it was very relaxing and mostly quiet. The front porch area allowed us to sit and enjoy the evening breezes. We will be back, and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a rental. We've been coming to Lakewood for years, but this is the first time we've rented a unit. Everything was so easy, and the unit so nice, we'll probably not replace our camper. My husband enjoyed not having to set it up or break it down, and I enjoyed not having to clean it once we got home! Thanks LCR for a great stay.

  Our family of six fit perfectly in this rental unit. It was well maintained, stocked, and very clean. There was plenty enough room for everyone’s belongings. The cable and WiFi access were a perfect touch for winding down four young children after a busy day at the beach. Perfectly situated far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a quick trip to all Lakewood has to offer. We will definitely be back soon!

  Our vacation was a blessing. The campground is great! We have 3 kids and they loved riding around on the golf cart. Beach access is so convenient. The villa was in a great location in the campground. Bathroom is small and fine for adults talking showers. Way too hard to bath kids. Overall we loved it. Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. Nice size living room... plenty of space. Seats 10 to eat... 2 bar stools and 2 tables with 4 chairs each. Very spacious for our family of 5 when eating.

  We had a good stay in Lakewood. Despite the current situation with covid 19. We felt the park was right on top of complying with recommendation for the health and safety of their guests. We did end up leaving early, but we hope to return next year.

  Pros: A very nice unit that was a great little home for our family for the week; clean & close to beach. Cons: no toaster, fans or blankets; very busy golfcart intersection, esp. at night, w/ many young drivers staring at phones as they simultaneously round corner, ignoring stop sign - could be hazardous as you load/unload your vehicle (parking at front of unit) or if kids play in yard area near street. Golf carts are often loud, too.
