  Appears to have mold on bathroom ceiling. Pullout couches were very flimsy and uncomfortable. Small bedrooms. Bathroom door was hard to open/shut and lock. The floor threshold in the bathroom was missing and nails were sticking out of the floor. Good covered deck, decent size living area. Palmetto bugs were a nuisance. They were all over the deck at night & we killed 3 indoor. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

  We arrived late but were able to get our packet from the guard upon arrival. The porch was not cleaned for long time because the amount of pollen, leaves and dirt was thick. They were cleaning off other properties between visits so I complained and it got cleaned. I appreciated all of the linen and towels that were left for us! This is a great service. My teen girls were expecting a hotel I think because they were not happy and wanted to leave. Ughh! But I think it was perfect for us and had great time.

  We had a wonderful time again this year. My friend that I rent the Villa for has cancer. And she is no longer strong enough to ride. So this is my gift to her. Sadly this year,she was a bit confined to the Villa, but at least she was able to go out a few times thanks to a golf cart provided by Miss Pat Deberry. Our Villa was very clean, as it has been for the last 3 years. Staff was very pleasant to work with. Thank you for allowing us one more year at Lakewood. As things stand right now, I'm not sure if Tonya Ritchie will be able to enjoy next year. My prayers are that she does. Prayers work wonders you know...

  We have stayed in this villa before with two other adults. This time there was only three of us and it was just enough space. The only drawbacks were having no dishwasher and the toilet was hard to flush. Otherwise, this was a great stay and I recommend it to a small family or 3-4 adults.

  My only complaint was the water heater could not keep up with three of us. We had to use the bathhouse for showers a few times. The toilet also runs for longer than it should. Those are easy fixes though. Overall excellent experience! We love Lakewood!

  we had a fun time at Lakewood campground, lots of fun stuff for families to do. the whole compound seemed pretty well taken care of and safe. Our cabin left a little to be desired, but it did the job. was outdated, not exactly clean, lots of deferred maintenance that needs to be kept up on. your really paying for the location and convenience and campy experience. the wifi in cabin was good, was able to do a little work while away.

  I would stay here again. Great location in the park which was very busy at this time around Easter. This unit does have several maintenance needs. The vent in the bath needs to be replaced. It would not stay connected, rusty and dirty. They needed wine glasses and much better kitchen utensils.
  A new nice can opener. Better frying pan I left one for them. Foam mattress pads for the pull out couches, it was like sleeping on springs. A fresh coat of paint would help. Most importantly linen which was not like using sandpaper! It was clean and white but it would tear your skin off. I believe that is not the homeowners issue not sure.

  We love this Villa, it is close to all we love doing. We stayed at 2909 Crater Lk last year as well. I thought you had roaches, but a nice man named John explained that were Palmetto bugs. Still quiet scarry for a 6 year old little girl. As well as a 71 year old woman. I am, however still getting emails asking me to sign an agreement, that I cannot from my computer.

  Check in was extremely easy (once you found the building) check out was even easier. No number on villa so did process of elimination with the key seeing if opened the door. The villa was clean, but TV , internet, phone, and AC didn’t work. Difficult to contact LCR . ( security said the same thing when I called them ) Once contacted (message left) TV/internet was fixed. Do not park in driveway unless you want the most bird 💩 ever on you vehicles. The cookware was absolutely atrocious (bought my own) the toilet constantly ran in the refrigerator vibrated 24 hours . The separation between kitchen floor and enclosed patio floor should be marked with either black tape or orange tape or with the word step because you cannot see it(can’t tell you how many times toes were stabbed)
