  The villa was good size for our family of 3. If we had more people it would be to small. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small like staying in a camper. Do bring your own pillows and blankets and toilet paper.

Included in that linen package are blankets and pillows. If you should require additional linen or pillows we are happy to accommodate those requests.   We decided to use LCR for our 2021 Winter Myrtle Beach stay which usually last six months. We were able to make all the arraignments through their web page. We had a very good experience while at Lakewood and Giselle and her very capable staff at LCR Rentals answered all our question, took care of the few concerns we had about the unit, handled our mail, and kept us informed about the campsite activities.   The only thing we found not done to good was the cleaning of the rental before we arrived, nothing bad mostly the floor and closet space. Also oven only had 2 burners working, and dryer needs replacement had to run cloths 4 time before they were dry. But the rental was nice we have stayed in that rental for the past 3 years and live it.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Lakewood! The villa was more than enough for the two of us. Loved that the beach was just down the street. That we could have our dog was also fabulous. The other campers and neighbors were all friendly and helpful. Lakewood was also very clean!!
  The amenities, pool, aerobics, church services, and community activities really made feel like a part of the Lakewood community.
  We have recommended Lakewood Resort to everyone interested in traveling.

  The rental was very nice and exactly as described. It is very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was with parking. There is only room to park one car even though you get two parking passes. We had to pay for an overflow lot pass since we did have two vehicles which I don't think was very fair. However, if I was only going to have one vehicle I would definitely stay in this rental again.

  Property management was friendly and easy to deal with. They found us a rental at the last minute and had everything we needed left with security so we could check in upon arrival even though it was after hours. The location was awesome and the whole property was very cute. Maintenance was extremely responsive to an issue we were having with a light and also a tv. Overall the maintenance man was a really really nice guy who did a great job. If I could say anything that needs improvement it’s the beds. The mattresses are old and worn down and really generally uncomfortable. Also they say you get sheets towels and a comforter included. The towels are small as in child size so it’s a good idea to bring some extra. The comforters for the beds are basically fancy sheets so be prepared to bring an actual blanket if you like one for sleeping. (We ended up going to Walmart and buying some blankets.) we will definitely stay again but will probably get some air mattresses and bring our own bedding.
