  We had a group of 10, all were comfortable. The kitchen was short on coffee cups but the owner was quick to supply more. The view is very nice. Only one light was lit on the stairs, more would be nice at night. Overall, it was a great experience.

  Our family just rented this home for our family yearly beach trip! We had 10 people in our group (8 adults and 2 children). this home was plenty big enough that if we wanted to stretch out and rest we could. The only set backs were that there were not TVs in every bedroom. The adults never got to watch shows because we definitely did not want any screaming kids fussing about not being able to watch television. TV's are cheap enough now that I believe there could be put in every room. The porch furniture surely needs updating. Some of the chairs were broken and the outside table needs to be trashed. I should have brought extra towels because two towels per bathroom were definitely not enough for ten people. We were washing our towels daily, and also pack extra toilet tissue because we were left with two rolls and this is a three bathroom home. Overall, was a nice stay and we definitely always enjoy Lakewood Campground. Just a few little things that need to be brought to attention.

  We had an overall good experience in this rental for Spring Break with lots of space inside and under the carport. The outside of property really needed a good pressure washing as it was not pleasant to look at when entering the home. That was a first impression that could be improved.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for twelve people, beautiful view, great locations. The tvs did not work and We did have trouble with ants and roaches so it did not feel like the cleanest place. We had to do some cleaning before we got in, but other than that, was a great time!

  It was great. Other than a few maintenance issues everything was good. We had plenty of room for all of the adults and children. However, the home we stayed in is aging and needs some simple love and care to bring it back up to where it should be. The staff is great and made everything easy when check in time came.

  Overall, we had a great stay. The house was clean and has a lot of room for our large family. We have stayed in this house for several years. One down side of our stay was one of the showers was out of order and was not usable for the first 4 days of our stay. This was every inconvenient with 11 people needing showers each evening.

  We have a large family of 8 and had 2 others with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. We all.had a blast and the kids loved the golf cart parade. No reason to even leave campground. We will be back.

  The home of plenty of room for large families. We were very comfortable for 8 days in that home. The view and location are phenomenal. We have only one complaint. They should entertaining the idea of replacing the carpet. There were several large stains and that’s unattractive upon arrival. However, the house was very clean and provided all the amenities it takes to make a great vacation.

  Our vacation rental was spacious and comfortable. We loved the view from the kitchen/dining room. Looking out over the water at the ducks and turtles was wonderful. The rental management company was extremely helpful prior to our arrival as I had lots of questions and a possible need to reschedule due to work. If I could change anything about the house it would be to add ceiling fans! I think fans help to circulate the air. Overall we really loved the house and our annual beach vacation to Lakewood!

  Since last year, the house showed a lot of wear. There was a moldy smell when walking into the house. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The dryer filter was missing. Very much enjoyed sitting on the porch.

  The experience was great except that we reported our dishwasher was leaking on the 1st day that we were there and the receptionist said they would send someone out right away. No one shoed up for the entire week, so we could not use the dishwasher at all during our stay.

  We enjoyed the house. We really enjoyed Lakewood campground and the variety of activities that are included are for all age groups. If you want blankets for the beds, be sure to ask for those with the sheets.
