  My family had a great experience with this house. It was clean and maintained. I will say that the beds are not comfortable at all. However, we have stayed in 5 different houses in Lakewood and all the beds are the same.

  Unit was clean(would have been nice if someone had mopped so that our feet and socks weren’t black within an hour), convenient, had plenty of kitchen utensils, etc. For the price you’d also think that the units would have plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, but, this ISN’T the case.
  The only REAL complaint that I have is with the stupid check in policy!! OFFER EARLY CHECK INS!!! Some people have small children that they’ve had in car seats for hours and it’s a lot of **** to have to sit in a hot parking lot for quite awhile because you don’t offer any early check in!!!!!!!

  The house was clean and had almost everything you needed. The only thing I would change is where you could take a bath! The thing that you pull for the shower was somehow glued or something in both bathrooms so you could only take showers. The porch rug was extremely dirty also..

  We have stayed there numerous times but it was our first time in this unit. Overall, our stay was pretty good. We did have trouble keeping the front door closed. It would pop open when we closed the screen door, the kitchen faucet had a leak but we reported those issues.

  House was great needs were little hard.. and tv controller barely worked but it was well worth it we rented a golf cart and found out the outlet under the porch to charge for cart wasn't working so my husband checked breaker box in bed room sure enough breaker was tripped so that fixed that problem other than that we all loved it plenty of room big porch great bathrooms love the couches and the decor

  We had an overall positive experience. Only one of three mattress covers fit the beds. The TV remotes were not in good working order.
  
  Upon our Sunday Check In the cable and internet were not working. Promptly at 9:00 on Monday Maurice the Maintenance Manager showed up and quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with the cable. He had to make a return trip because the unit owner failed to reactive the service after paying the bill. Maurice is outstanding at his job.
  At least two of the outside outlets were not working to charge the golf cart.

  Everything was great except the floors. Our grandson who only crawls had black knees and toes from crawling on the floors that had obviously not been cleaned GOOD for many weeks. They need a good deep cleaning with some strong cleaning agents.

  Had a wonderful time again, this is our 28th year coming to lakewood, first with our children and now our grandchildren. The pool and slides were down a couple times during the week due to mechanical issues. The employees were all very friendly, especially since they were short staffed. The home was adequate and comfortable. In door pool was wonderful. Didn't see anyone catch any fish though. It appears they concentrated on stopping the excessisve drinking and wild golf cart rides by the kids. Good job.

  We enjoyed our stay very much! Trading Post had great food and the staff was friendly! The children loved the waterpark and pool.Rental was nice except porch furniture needed repaired or replaced.

Tout est fait pour que les vacances soient merveilleuses.
  Beautiful area. We have been staying there for several years. I am French speaking and despite this it is easy to communicate to make reservations, thanks to Mrs. Gisele. We are extremely satisfied with the welcome and cleanliness on the site, the beach, the facilities, the house. Everything is done to make the holidays wonderful.
