  This unit was very nice. I loved the deck facing the lake. I sat out there every morning drinking my coffee and watching the geese and ducks swim around. Very relaxing. I would rent it again.

  We were a group of six and the house worked out very well. The convenience of the washer and drier was a big plus and there was plenty of room. If I have any complaint it would be that it would be nice to have a TV in the room with the queen bed. Definitely not a deal breaker and doesn't take away from the experience but would be a nice addition.

  Great Experience; Villa was newly renovated and the layout was nice. The only issue was with the front door/lock. This was to be changed "soon" per office. They stated that we were the only ones that have had issues.

  We had a wonderful time on our trip. It was our first family vacation since having our twins 8 months ago. The house was nice and clean and everything worked. The amenities were adequate...I’d recommend running cable to the bedroom that has the largest bed...also, there is a small leak in the roof of the living room. We noticed it on Friday when it started raining hard.

  we have stayed here before and enjoy coming back to it. unfortunately many light bulbs were missing and the light in the t. v. room has a broken on. off button. had to plug it in to turn on and unplug to turn off. the photo shows a table and umbrella on the deck but the table is on the lawn with no umbrella.

  While the rental was somewhat small, it served its purpose. The floor is beautiful and the water pressure in the master bath was amazing! It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer...we used it every day.
  
  What we were disappointed with...the ceiling leaks in multiple places (not bad leaks and to be expected), the dishwasher was broken upon our arrival. We brought it to LCR’s attention on Monday. On Thursday, they replaced the dishwasher. Not that a dishwasher is a must but when you’re expecting to have one and then don’t, it stinks. We had to go buy paper plates and plastic silverware. The bed in the master bedroom is up against the wall and there are no curtains in the room so it’s very bright. The pull out couch...super uncomfortable. If I was sleeping in it, I would’ve spent $100 for cushions or something to make it bearable.

  This was our first stay at your vacation site. My daughter and son in law stay every year at Lakewood and asked us to go this year. We loved it! The home was very clean and had what we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. We barely had to leave the campground for anything. There's so much to do at Lakewood; from the waterside, pool, paddle boats, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, the ice cream shop, OH THE ICE CREAM SHOP!!! WE LOVE LAKEWOOD AND WOOL BE BACK!!!

  Overall rental was great.Very clean. Loved having dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit and 2nd bath w/shower was added plus.
  Only thing I was a little disappointed with on the inside was the lack of pots/pans(only 2 pots & 1 of those leaked) and serving bowls(I picked up some of my own bowls). Definitely need to add a few more kitchen items. Deck was great (thanks for having the grill) but a couple of chairs would be a great addition too. Even though these would be great additions, we would probably come back to this villa.
