  Property well located. Very quiet. A little bit old, but nice and clean. The sofa is not very clean, and not confortable.
  Most important,, saucepans and oven rack should be replaced!
  We will book again, maybe at springtime, but closer to the beach.

  This was a nice rental. For us being there 2 months it would have been nice to have a more comfortable chesterfield! It was clean! The deck needs some repair as some of the boards where rotten. We had to be careful where we place the chairs . We enjoyed the location and friendly people in the area!

  Overall I give the rental a 7 out of 10. Minor things needed repaired such as the towel bar in the bathroom, an outlet on the wall in the room that was hanging out of the wall, and a lot of the blinds were broke. The shower curtain appeared to have a small amount of mold on it as well. Aside from that the villa is cute and was mostly clean.

  Overall great vacation, 80% of the staff was nice we encountered during the day. Some of the older male staffing that you see throughout the day seemed to be ready to retire. Definitely saw you as a burden and not a guest if you had a question. Our property was ok, it was updated which was great. But the doors provided little privacy, and the bathroom hardware constantly fell of the walls. The waterpark, beach, playgrounds, etc were amazing. Especially for a family. We will be returning and I would recommend. But I would definitely spend the extra for the wider rentals.

  The place was clean and in a good location. There was a ant problem we had to kill several. And the outside plug in for golf cart needs repaired. Or someone could get shocked. It’s like it’s come a loose from where it was attached.

  We had a great time at lake wood and we would come back, however would not rent that unit again. there were multiple **** roaches and the place lacked cleanliness. we never complained because we are not the complaining type, and figured who could clean it better than myself. we are at a campground so we expected a little dirt.

  Overall the stay was good. One of the pics is deceiving of the kitchen, as it's not even the kitchen in that Villa. We love Lakewood and come every year. This is our 3rd Villa to stay in, I would have to say that it was my least favorite overall so far.
