  We enjoyed our stay, the owner of the unit lives close by so he did make his presence known quite often. We seen him on a daily basis. He was nice and talked when he came by. The seating on the porch was really nice. There was one bed that didn't have the piece under the board under the bowstring. That bed was hard to sleep on. Overall it was a great time.

  Overall it was a nice place. Upon arrival there were no sheets or towels so a call needed to be made. The kitchen was dirty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned. The stairs to the outside had a loose board that we nearly fell down multiple times. It was far away from everything so we needed to rent a golf cart...very overpriced!! Didn’t care for the 11pm curfew. Overall we had a nice time and I would recommend to friends.

  the rental was in great shape and fit our needs perfectly. the only complaint i have is checking in. i understand the covid precautions, but you should have something in place to limit time in line and in the building. you guys can do a lot better

  The unit was very nicely decorated . Nice furniture and clean . A plus was the nice larger sized washer & dryer . Any time we had to call for anything maintenance was right there and very quickly . Always very nice . Loved the nice big porch and it’s beautiful furniture . This unit was the nicest one we’ve stayed in so far and would request it again ! Only thing that would make it any better is a dishwasher !! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us .

  We had a fun time in this villa. Part of the fun was a daily fisciverybof another ocean theme decoration- so cute! Our grandchildren loved the strong wifi. Cooking was a dream in the very well stocked kitchen.

  Our Family had a great time staying this year. We have visited Lakewood several times, almost yearly for the last 10+ years. This was our first time staying in the "new" section.
  We absolutely loved it. The porch allowed us to sit outside and even dine outside no matter the time of day. The interior was spotless and had plenty of space. The furniture was up to date, well maintained, and comfortable. The Wifi access was consistent and never dropped signal. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses, & utensils. Having an oven and a microwave along with a full size refrigerator helped us plan and prepare our meals. Having a washer/dryer in the house was also helpful.
  The weather was perfect, the beach was not crowded, and the staff were all extremely helpful.
  Lakewood is such a great environment to have a Family vacation, with all the extras of the water slides, multiple pools, bicycles, mini-golf, paddle boats, food trucks & eateries, the play bracelets, and the general store, (not to mention the beach!) it is a no brainer to stay here. You can do everything in one place. No need to pile everyone in and out of cars and go places to have fun, the whole campground is fun!
  Thank you so much for making our vacation one full of memories and fun! We look forward to seeing you again next year, and many more years to come!

  We returned to Lakewood after a 30+ year absence and were pleasantly surprised to see how it has grown!!! Everything was wonderful -- from the home to the store to the waterpark to the security!!! We so enjoyed the entertainment and the fact that you still had Kids Club (which our three granddaughters attended each day). We know that the Lord has blessed this place because you have remained faithful to Him!!! We hope to return in the near future. Thank you so much!!!!
