  I love the layout. Needs some repairs, ceiling fans outside do not work properly. Burned out light bulbs. Had no broom and the vacuum cleaner was not working, although it started working later in the week.

  Ceiling fan missing in one bedroom, some holes in walls trim falling down
  Also screen door does not close all the way
  Plus there were no chairs on porch to sit on out side
  And was not cleaned very well
  We had to wipe place down and sweep when we first got there

  Did you have a good stay? Yes, the weather was great and the ocean water was warm.
  Was the vacation rental well located? Yes, very quiet.
  Was the house clean and in good condition? I have to tell you that the house needs a general interior refresh and also for the doors, curtains and windows. The cleaning of the interior of the house was correct without more. The dishes were insufficient for 6 people. We had to borrow the missing items from a neighboring house.

  LCR and Lakewood are always so easy and nice to work with. Always patient and accommodating and helpful. This is our second stay in this specific rental, 8103, and it’s fine and fairly clean and most everything works. But it needs an update. Some lights are missing or don’t work. Love the location. Wish I could buy this unit myself.

  We stayed in this unit for the past 4 years with my husband’s service dog. We never hid the dog from the LCR agents. Each time we told agent that we had service dog. Then tried to reserve same house, I was told that we cannot rent 8103!!!My husband is a disabled Vietnam veteran and LCR turned us down. This is our only complaint. The owner was a super guy. I highly recommend it. It was truly home away from home. Excellent!!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in this unit. It was the best.
