  We have stayed here many times over the past 30 years, and Lakewood is a very well-run, fun resort. The villa was extremely clean, well laid-out, and well-equipped. Fun vacation in a really nice place.

  I was satisfied with our rental. A few repairs had to be made that were there when we checked in--front door did not lock properly, washing machine made a very loud noise when running, one bedroom door would not stay opened, and we saw several bugs. But overall, we were satisfied.

  GREAT!!! We had a Fun time!! We made this 2024 Family Vacation of 13 a wonderful time. This rental house was awesome, very well supplied, enjoyed the front porch and the quietness of this area in the park. This year we celebrated with a new granddaughter "Maggie @ 4 months", Blessing of 4 generations on this family trip, to our 1st vacation after Jim recovering from strokes and without my brother who watched over us from Heaven. "RIP Chris" we miss you! This trip was filled with emotions, with the love and support we give each other we love spending time together.

  8103 could use some updates missing ceiling fan in one bedroom some holes in walls some wood frames falling off or taped up

  As always, we had a great time in Myrtle Beach and especially our stay in Lakewood. We've been coming to Lakewood for close to 15 years. Over the years we've stayed in quite a few different units, but staying in 8102 Seascape is the best. We have ample room and all the amenities we need. We started renting a golf cart and just love being able to ride down to the beach.
