  Yes, we had a great stay. Price was good. Nice Washer and Dryer.
  Easy to rent a golf cart.
  Location was good and the campground was excellent.
  Porch and parking were great.
  Plenty of pots and pans for cooking used many of them.
  Negative items:
  Most living room furniture were uncomfortable.
  All three remotes need replacement do not work for power on and volume.
  Air conditioner was always cold. The thermostat did not work correctly when you set the temp.
  Villa needed a comforter, which you did not supply, had to buy one to use for the week.
  After you replaced the patio umbrella, you need to bolt the bottom of the pole, the umbrella was spinning in the wind.

  3rd year coming down and staying at an LCR place. Overall stay was good. Had a problem with ants and one of the bathroom sinks had a small clog.

  We love Lakewood been staying there since 1989 ! 8129 needs some TLC!! The folding door to bathroom was broke needs to be replaced ! The refrigerator was leaking water inside bad had to keep mopping it up !! I called about the umbrella for the outside table and they contacted the owner they said it was in the closet in the front bedroom but it wasn’t no shade for the front porch at all! There were old cookies and dead roach under chair in living room I guess cleaning people don’t move chairs around when families with children stay before because they do make a mess! The bathroom commode had pee at the bottom in the creases and black hair on floor so I had to clean and wipe down the bathroom you would think because of Covid they would spent a little more time cleaning! But after I cleaned and vacuumed and we unpacked we had our first family Vacation since 2019 again we love Lakewood but I hate that I paid for cleaning Fees that wasn’t done good for our arrival

  Rental unit was small but comfortable there was a damaged storm door at the rear entrance but they sent a maintenance man to look at and that was late Saturday evening so they had it replaced Monday morning

  Year round residents of Lakewood. Extensive renovations meant moving out of house for 3 months. Furniture too. Ryan and LCR staff worked hard to get us accommodated for 3 months. 8129 was exactly what we needed. Convenient to everything in the park. House well maintained and clean. Good layout. Owner stopped by couple times to check in on us. Very comfortable.
