  Very cute house, not far from the beach and amenities. The two full bathrooms are definitely a plus (but figuring out the exact spot for warm water on both shower handles is a game...lol). If you're bringing refrigerated items, make sure you keep them in a cooler. The refrigerator is cleaned out during housekeeping and takes a few hours to cool back down. We will stay here again and highly recommend. We visit Lakewood every year. If you enjoy fishing, a little pier with benches is right next door with a cleaning station.

  I’ve been coming to Lakewood for 40 years, and have rented many different villas. 2893 has a good amount of space for the family, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which is very hard to find. It’s starting to get worn down, soft floor spots, some wear and tear. Close to trading post (mini golf, bikes, store). No outside deck/seating area. Good distance from ocean and pools... we got our steps in!

  Vacationing in this unit was most enjoyable. However, would suggest the floor in the 2nd bathroom be checked for safety. It felt rather unstable.
