  Rental was clean and sufficient linens provided.
  Doors, ac appliances all in working order. Back porch was very pleasant. Parking spot very convenient and also had room to park and easily charge rental golf cart. though third bathroom in front bedroom was tiny it was nice that there is one for each bedroom.
  The only issue we had was with the cable television had very few stations compared to previous years, we were disappointed that there were not more stations to watch during evenings.
  I would re rent this unit again.

  I had a great experience with this rental. We 2 issues that was resolved immediately. The 1st issue was no coffee maker and the 2nd was no internet. The property management resolved both issues immediately.
  The only thing I can say negative about the rental is the bed that is connected the the Jack N Jill Bathroom needs to be replaced. The bed is worn out. The cleaning crew could pay a little attention to the floor, it was dirty and I had to mop it.
  
  Otherwise, the rental was as described and in a great location to the beach. I highly recommend this property and look foward to staying in the future.

  The place was quaint and decorated so cute! The cleanliness could have been better. There was some mold under the kitchen sink and that made a musty smell. The rooms were small, but workable. Those are really the only complaints I have. It was a great spot in the park! Check in was great! The camp grounds are awesome with plenty to do!

  The property was good. We had a few things that could have been maintained better. The back porch slacks needed to be reinforced, there was a light switch cover that needed to be fixed, and I realized we had a lot of rain but maybe some attention could be given to the flooding at the front porch.

  We had a great time. The unit was nice and up to date. Everything was clean. The only issue we had was a roach infestation. We saw the first one shortly after we got there and then they multiplied. We bought bug spray but that didn’t work. Maintenance came and sprayed due to the exterminator being closed for the holidays. That didn’t work. The exterminator came Friday and that helped until Saturday when we saw more roaches. So the unit really needs to be totally treated. Also, the shower around to the right has a leak at the top of the bottom base. We just put a towel around it. These are just issues that are going to happen but we still had a great time.

  One mattress in one bedroom needs to be replaced. With two people in the bed you both end up in the center. Other than that this was by far the best unit we have stayed in at Lakewood! The back deck was a bonus too.

  We have camped at Lakewood before. We recently stayed at #2878 while our camper was in a nearby shop for repair. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. However, the owners have done a repair/refurb of the unit and it met all of our needs with no issues other than the Q bed advertised was actually the pull out couch. So the three bedrooms each have F beds in them. Great location to enjoy the little lake and we rented a golf cart to move around the area. It is too far to walk to the beach with kids but you could drive your car to the beach. Easy walk to the on-site market. You can also check out bikes for adults and teens for free at the market. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We were 2 adults and 4 grandkids age 7-13.

  Always a wonderful time utilizing all the amenities provided on the campground. This unit was a bit of a disappointment. Oven didn't work, many lightbulbs not working/missing. Floor was filthy. Kitchen Air Conditioning vent was filthy. Pool of rain water at the bottom of the steps/no drainage. Not typical of what we are accustom to -- we have stayed at Lakewood approx. 6 times over the past 10 years and never had any condition issues. We will be back but choose a different unit.

  We had a great time but the beds were terrible. The mattresses need to be replaced. They are all worn out and it causes you to fall into the middle.   This villa is awesome! It's a great location - right on Crater Lake. Nice room inside, good size kitchen and 2.5 baths! The only drawback to this unit are the beds. They are horrible to sleep on!
