  The property is some need of minor maintenance - some furnishings were a little worn. Small things like mismatched light bulbs, lamps that didn’t work. Sofa bed mattress had a stain when we unfolded it and was unusable but was quickly remedied by property management with a new mattress which was very comfortable for a sofa bed. Kitchen was well stocked but no dishwasher. Overall clean and adequate for our party of 6 adults.

  For the price this villa charged, I would not rent it again. The nails on the steps are raised and causing tripping hazards. The steps are rotten in places. The front door is very difficult to open. The bathrooms both have water damage. The shower curtains do not fit the shower. The outdoor patio items are not kept up. I love Lakewood, but the overall maintenance for this villa is not good and needs attention.

  This regal was great. It was actually an upgrade from the rental manager Giselle, whom after unforeseen issues with another unit, transferred my wife and I here. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Overall excellent.
